Influence of microclimate on ketosis, mastitis and diseases of cow reproductive organs

This study investigated the influence of farm microclimate parameters in different seasons on incidence ketosis, foot diseases, reproductive and mastitis three dairy farms North Kazakhstan. Microclimate were recorded four seasons: summer, autumn, winter, spring. The average temperature was 1.2 °C above established norm summer 1.7 below winter. humidity by 9.7% 1.6% respectively, 9.6 % 6.6 winter spring, respectively. airflow 0.1 m/s lower than general illumination 3.8 2.6 LUX morbidity (cumulative all diseases) 63.8% (highest) followed spring (60.0%). Average considerably less autumn at 46.7% 37.1%, Study results indicate that minor deviations from norms, particularly can impact disease management should strive to maintain conditions as close possible during avoid losses livestock morbidity.
